Suicide and self-harm are on the increase especially with men and talking within support groups or to a trained counsellor or psychotherapist will save lives, with your support we can be there for men in crisis, take a walk and change a life

Children’s mental health services have waiting lists of up to two years in some areas. Help change this by doing a sponsored run for children’s counselling and support groups, so we can support more children.

We all live extremely busy lives. Some people are working two or three jobs to pay the bills. Help raise some money by having a mindfulness party and support people in crisis today.

We all love superheroes. The last one we got to see was Captain Sir Tom Moore who raised millions for the NHS. Join us as we celebrate the amazing achievements of Captain Tom Friday 30 April – Monday 3 May and raise money for Anxious Minds

Give the Gift of Counselling. We have all just gone through life-changing circumstances with COVID 19. Give the gift of counselling and every £20 you raise will pay for a counselling session for somebody who can’t afford to pay.
